Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle has announced her support for Safer Internet Day 2014, which takes place February 11 and aims to promote the safe use of technology by children and young people.

Tweddle, who will be taking part in a Safer Internet Day Q&A panel on the day discussing the 'Let's create a better internet together' aim, commented 'It's really important young people feel safe and empowered online and know how to report anything that upsets them or to tell an adult'.
